Posting Terms & Conditions

1. Each Ad posted will run for the number of days specified in the package you select.
2. Your Ad will expire and be deleted from the system at Midnight of the 31th day. For example: If you post an ad on Sunday the 1st at 5pm EST, the Ad will be deleted on Tuesday the 31th at Midnight.
3. Any Ads that promote competitive sites or contain subject matter that is deemed unappropriate by Electrifieds.com will be deleted.
4. Electrifieds.com reserves the right to deny posting of Ads.
5. ALLads should pertain to Music, equipment and Musicians.
6. Ads promoting illegal activities will NOT be tolerated, any songs uploaded to the Original Music section must be the property of the person uploading. Electrifieds accepts no liablilty
   for users who upload copyrighted material. User information will made available to any law enforcement agency that requests it in the course of investigating music theft. In other words, I’m not putting my
   neck on the line so you can share the latest ColdPlay song with your friends.
7. These terms & Conditions can be modified at any time by Electrifieds as neccessary.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. A new ad posted in any section before the announced close of the contest constitutes one (1) entry into the contest.
2. Duplicate or bogus ads, as determined by Electrifieds.com, will be disqualified.
3. In the event the prize is unavailable, a substitute prize of equal value will be awarded.
4. Winners will be notified via their recorded email in the Electrifieds system.
5. The winner’s name will be posted on the Electrifieds site after the contest is over.
6. These terms & Conditions can be modified at any time by Electrifieds as neccessary.
7. By submitting an ad, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.
